Any updates or plans to come on up?
I will be arriving Saturday mornng, we usually leave around 6:30am and should be there by 11am. It's only about 3-4 hours depending on our speed and we usually make one stop on the way.
Hope to see some people there. Memorial Day is always one of my favorite weekends. It's not too crazy yet but still a lot of people.
Also, we have been to the pools each of the last 3 years. And if it is a little chilly there is always the put-in-bay resort hot tub.

We go through 2 lakes and the Detroit River, we usually stop and fill up right before we hit Lake Erie.
That usually saves us from having to fill up at PIB which is a little more expensive.
It's a long trip for us Michiganders, but a very fun one. I drink coffee most of the way down but my crew is usually good and drunk by the time we get there. They drink coronas, but instead of the lime they add a shot of bacardi Limon to their beers.

Oh I see...I was picturing you leaving the west banned and stopping in the middle!Mister Kay wrote:We go through 2 lakes and the Detroit River, we usually stop and fill up right before we hit Lake Erie.

I can't wait to party with you guys this summer!!!
Should be a good summer. I have a couple new people coming up for Memorial Day.
I could use a Corona with some bacardi right now also.
I have finals next week and then 2 weekends of break to get the boat in the water, then it's summertime in my book!!!!!!
If anyone wants to come by for a beer or a shot on Memorial Day we should be on A dock, the name of the boat is BTSOOM, and we should be docked up with a boat called Jamaican Me Crazy. And if Matt goes his boat is Our Three Sons
Hope to see everyone there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mills, is Don going on Memorial Day??
Oh yea I am sure Don will be there Memorial Day weekend, he has not missed in like 40 years LOL
I hope to make it for at least 1 day Memorial Day weekend we will see though.....

That was the first time I ever got those!!!!
Was it you or one of the other guys that had the incredable save not to let it spill on the ground????!?!?!??
This nice weather is getting me ready to go, unfortunately I still have some work to do on my boat and I am going to try to help Matt with his 2 boats and jetski, hopefully we have all the boats in by mid-May.
