Resturaunt Reviews
Moderator:admin1
After making my 5th trip to the Bay this past weekend I decided to do a review of the resturants that I ate at this year.
Ratings: **** Excellant
*** Good
** Fair
* Poor
Boardwalk **** This is a must if you go to the Bay, I know I always do. Best Seafood on the island and the Bisque is an obsolute must on every visit. Eat it on the top deck (Skybar) for the best view while dining on the island.
Boathouse **** Never had a bad meal there and the walleye is the best on the island.
Skyway *** Although I only ate there once this year, do to the location outside of town, my dinner as usual was very good and I look forward to going back.
Mossbacks *** Always enjoy eating there and they have a wide variety of selections, all of which are good.
Mr Eds *** I should really try something else but the perch basket with the fresh cut fries are what I have every time. Although I did have a deli sandwich at the coffee shop and it was also very goood.
Irving's Deli *** One of the best deli's you will every eat at and they deliver late nights on the weekend
Tippers *** Alot of people would argue with me but I always seem to get a good meal at a fair price. The steak specials during the week are especially good.
Chicken Patio *** If you like BBQ chicken you'll love this place, Another of my late night favorites.
Frostys *** This review is for breakfast only. It's the best on the island.
Hot dog stand accross from the Brewery *** Great for a quick bite to eat.
Joe's *** Sloppie Scottie says it all
Crescent * Food Fair, portions small, price high.
Last review is for pizza:
Cameo ***
Brewery ***
Beer Barrell ***
Frostys **
These are all the places I ate at this year so next year I'll try some of the others.

I have to agree for the most part except if your review is for breakfast at Cresent Tavern it gets ZERO stars from me!!! It is the absolute worst food I have ever eaten

Mills, from Cincinnati
If life is a waste of time, and time is a waste of life, then let's all get wasted together and have the time of our lives!!!!

I have to disagree on the Pizza review. The brewery imo is hands down the best on the island, and frosty should be 1 star for those cheese covered frisbees they pawn off as pizzas.
I miss the old Mr. Ed's. I still hate the Beer Barrel. I'm diggin' Hooligans. And Mills isn't the only hot guy up there now with a bald head!
1) Brewery
2) Cameo's
3) Frosty's
I totally agree Frosty's is way overrated!!! And my friends are the biggest culprits behind this, they insist on eating dinner there every single night which is crazy!!

haa, I like your spelling Kay! Quesadillas
are probably my fav food right now. I'll have to check them out at the Tiki.
Oh - just wanted to point out that the chicken is wine basted and not BBQ. That whole meal is the greatest!
I agree that the bisque in a bread bowl is a must when visiting the Bay, best pizza is Brewery, and the pizza at Frosty's is pizza box with cheese

ooh...the Chicken Pit chicken...hands down the best food item on the Island, IMO. Followed by the bisque at The Boardwalk.
And if you ever happen to be there during the week of the Tarpon Springs Shrimp special at The Boardwalk, that's great too.
I'm usually pretty drunk when I eat pizza there, so its hard to say...
