Ladds Landing

Postby saracoburn » Sun Apr 24, 2005 5:03 pm

Does anyone know if Ladds Landing has a website? I am trying to plan a trip with a bunch of people and I need to pick some restaurants to make reservations at. I want to see a menu first to check out prices, and see what they offer. Has anyone ate there, was it worth it??? What other restaurants would everyone recommend for a nice sit down meal?
Thanks everyone 8)

I love the chicken patio and I hear the pizza at the brewery is good but I have still never tried it, even after being there 15 times!!!!

Food is good but Mossbacks, The Crescent, Boardwalk, Tipper's,Boathouse, and Skyway all have excellant food also. You have many excellent choices to pick from.

I would reccommend Mossbacks for dinner. It is a sit down type of place and a lot nicer than Frosty's or Boathouse. Although I usually go to Frosty's or Boathosue myself!! I have eaten at Mossbacks maybe 3-4x.

The brewery during the day is great for a meal.
I miss the old Mr. Ed's. I still hate the Beer Barrel. I'm diggin' Hooligans. And Mills isn't the only hot guy up there now with a bald head!

The Horny Toad (or whatever it is called) is good too if you like Mexican food. It's located in the old Dailey's building. Service is not that great, but the food is good and you can sit outside and enjoy the weather. I also like Mossbacks. Very good food, but pretty pricey (of course what isn't on the island?) The Chicken Patio is awesome too. Of course nothing beats cooking your own food on a grill in the park overlooking the docks. Saves a ton of money, food taste just as good, and the scenery is awesome.

Go to the "ROLL CALLS" section. Then under the topic, "Memorial Day, Chime in if your going Banned" its on page four about half way down. There is a link that you click on in one of Mobays posts. Click on it and expand the pop up window. How's that?
