10 cents a can here in MI. That means a case of beer is an extra 2.40 each.

It was great in college because you could return everyone's cans and get something to eat and maybe a few more beers. :)

Most of the time I just buy my beer once I get on the island. It really isn't that much more than if you bought it on the mainland and you don't have to make that extra stop on the way up. You don't get the great selection that you would on the mainland though.

Steph, What day are you heading up? I may come up Saturday, just for the day. Won't know for sure until Friday tho.
It happened at the bay, and man, I can't even remember her name!!!!!!!!!

I was at the derby last week and for those of you that hadn't figured it out Mind Juleps are terrible. I had to drink one since I was there, I felt I owed it to myself, but probably won't ever again. They are basically straight bourbon with mint leaves and some sugar in it. Plus they cost $9. But other then that the derby was awesome but nothing beats the Bay. I am headed to the Bay in a month and am super pumped about that.
