AUGUST 26th - 29th

Postby DINO » Sat Apr 09, 2005 1:33 pm

Some rookies from the west coast are coming in for the weekend of August 26th thru 29th. I've been checking the reservations at the Put-In-Bay Resort and it has really taken off in the last week. Is there anything special happening that weekend? Or are people just planning their late summer drinking excursions?

It's volley ball weekend, big volleyball tourney. But even better it's getting near the end of the season and is nice and hot and everything is open.

"Pool parties"? From the sound of it, count us in. What and where are these pool parties? Has anyone stayed that the PIB Resort? What's it like?

MK, is the v-ball tourny open to anyone? If it's REALLY competetive, I won't even show my face. But, if it's more of a "beer league", I may have 4 of us willing to humiliate ourselve for some fun.

From what I have heard the volleyball is somewhere in the middle, pretty good, but not pro level and a lot of fun!

I saw that too, but I have not seen anything about how to actually sign up. Maybe if we email the chamber?
