Memorial Day!!!! Chime in if you're going [banned]!

Postby captain matt » Wed Mar 02, 2005 11:51 am

I know it's a little early to start roll call for memorial day since it's three months away but I figured what the hell, why not!

Who's all going on my boat?
Who's going on other boats?
Who's driving?
Who's dock trash?
Who's going to get bombed?

1) I will be there
2) Staying on pbosak's boat (although I have been known to go MIA)
3) I am driving solo most likely
4) I am getting smashed everyday after berakfast as usual!

1) I will be on your boat.
2) I will be on other boats to have drinks with everyone.
3) If driving means riding on a boat I will be getting drunk on yours and navigating, actually there is no need for a navigator anymore which will make me the bartender. I'll watch for logs again though, last year there was that storm the day before and we were dodging trees.
4) Not dock trash.
5) I may have a chardoney or 2, what of it?!!??!?!?!?!?!

Good times, we need a DD for the winery, or just take a taxi. Isn't the taxi driver on Baytalk?

The winery isn't that far of a walk... I think i've stumbled there a few times... Just take a Taxi.. Why worry about someone staying sober when a taxi will cost you a couple buck...baycabbie is what his name is i think.... haven't heard too much from him

I'm like you Taz and have a wedding that weekend. But it is Friday night so I may head to the lake after it! It'd be great to see everyone and start the summer right!

Tell me about it. I gave my friend a ration of S#!t about it. If I wasn't in the wedding party I would have boycotted it.

Matt and I have to stand up in a August wedding.
It's going to be a good time though, all close friends, and maybe a boat ride after if matt is still able to pilot his vessel after the open bar, we actually have a friend that doesn't drink that might want to take the helm for a midnight ride in our tuxes.

I agree Captain Matt. At least this one is early in the season and it won't take all weekend. I have to go up to Michigan for it so I'll just zoom over to the lake afterward! I'm in MI now actually. It's cold here!

That does sound like a good wedding Mr Kay!

I had wedding every weekend last June....it really sucked not going to the bay all month. Hopefully things will be different this year. At least you guys are getting your wedding out of the way early in the year. Let's face it, usually Memorial day is a little cold. I'd rather have a wedding to go to in May, than June or July.
