Glad to hear everyones feeling better!! I think I finally got enough sleep...past out again last night on the couch around 9pm after I had dinner and worked out!
Not sure how much Im going to Detox, but I have made some new rules for myself to help me with the diet and excerside rountine I started....No going out during the week and Im sticking to only one night out on the weekends as well....It will help me save on money, and with weight....from not drinking as much or eating all the bad [banned] after the bars at 3 in the morning!! LOL!!
Laugh when you can, Apologize when you should, and let go of what you can't change. Kiss slowly, Play hard, Forgive quickly, Take chances, Give everything and Have NO Regrets. Life is too short to be ANYTHING but HAPPY!!!
