Cover Charge???

Thinking about visiting PIB and someone told me that "every" bar now has a cover charge as high as $10. That makes it hard to bar hop especially when bringing friends who have never been there before and want to see it all. We haven't been to PIB in a couple years and need some updates! I have tried to call a couple of bars but no answer or I get an answering machine. Can you help?

I have never paid a cover charge except, maybe once, at the Beer Barrell... I think only when certain bands are there they might charge. We have been going to PIB for 8 years..... Unless something has changed since I was there in May, I don't think so.

Seriously??? Well maybe because we go in May and September or October, we have never paid that I can remember. So, Missy, if you don't want to pay to get in, go in the "off" season.

Since Pay Daily left the BB 3 years ago, they only have a cover charge for Halloween where you get an all you can eat buffett for 20 dollars.

Round House will probably have a cover if the Websters play.

Boat House charges when Pat Daily plays there.

Brewery when Ray Fogg is there.

Ed's also has a cover quite often.

Level 2 charges also.

I don't think anybody charges a cover during the week.

Boathouse usually does not charge
Beer Barrel does not charge even for the Menus
Frostys does not charge
Roundhouse does about half the time
Gazeebo bar and grill never charges

Level 2 and Mr. Ed's do charge

Mills is right. I was there over Labor Day weekend and only a handful had cover charges. His list is right on.

I was there Labor Day weekend also for a minute. We arrived Friday evening around 8. At 9 I got a call and had to head back to the mainland. Shortest trip I have ever made.
