I agree, it would be so silly to hold up a project just because of them. I could understand if they weren't so thick, but they are every where, almost to the point of out of control.

Mills they are on the endangered species list. But to me it is clear they have made their come back. I have nothing against the snakes, they don't bother me at all. My issue is the fact of how much it is costing us to remove these snakes. Myself and most of the folks who live on the islands find it ...

Well Bryan if you are going to swim around the islands get use to seeing them, and don't freak when you are in the water and find yourself eye to eye with one....its gonna happen, probably a lot more than once. However island rule of thumb, they are more afraid of you then you are of them, and they ...

Nice boat Bryan, perfect for your needs. After all with a house on the island you won't need anything bigger, not only due to the cost of gas, but dockage as well. All though there are plenty of free places to dock around our end of the lake, you know if you want to take in dinner and a boat ride, W...

Hey Nick, Kerry Burris would like to speak to you or Lynne. Could one of you call the Country House, 3104, or at home on NB.
Thanks, Robin

Bryan you are going to be living almost in the back yard of a family who is related to Count Rehburg, who built the big club house you see in many of the West End Club photos. I also know of some one who has a lot of history on the West End Club, probably more than what Mike has posted on his site. ...

I haven't spoke to him since last fall so I don't know. I hope he does put it back up on the Country House myself. It is kind of right in the middle, and pretty much every one is going to walk past it at some point. Next time I run into him I'll make sure to ask, and to let him know that inquiring e...

I know the spot, and how nice it is. It use to be one of my favorite places to take my snowmobile...great fun catching some air over the hills around there. So it is kind of funny, I've zoomed, zoomed through your yard. (don't worry I won't now) While you may not be able to view the lake all that we...

The guy who does PIBTV moved across the pond, and the camera is set over looking the Portage River from Ed's. However you can still find Nick and his wife walking the streets of PIB just about any time or sitting tied to the G Ball while enjoying the view from the lovely Tessa.

Welcome to the upper islands. You will like MB...nice that you have "city" water, so much of MB has sulfur. And you are an easy walk to the store, post office, and town hall (which if you haven't been in there yet, wait to you check it out, a very cool building and take time to view the pi...
