Mills is right! Bob Gatewood ownes the Watercraft rental at the state park. 55-65 for a half hour. You can reserve one there so they won't be sold out on a busy weekend. I think just west of the Boardwalk there are a few waverunners for rent.

Public docks A,B, and C are probably not a good option for you. mandatory rafting and you never know who will be your neighbor climbing over your boat at any hour.
